摘要
以132家全球顶尖研发企业10年的面板数据为样本,对研发经费投入与专利产出的相关性进行了实证研究。模型的建立结合了柯布.道格拉斯生产函数和分布滞后方程。通过对12个行业的研究发现,对几乎所有行业来说,研发经费投入与专利产出的相关性较高。不同行业对不同期的研发经费投入的依赖程度不同,但是平均为滞后2年左右最强。研发效率在不同行业间有较大的差别,而且同一行业在"量的效率"和"时间的效率"是大致一致的。
This paper examines the relationship between R&D inputs and patens with the panel data of 132 companies from the top 1250 global companies by R&D investment during the period 1996 -2005. Employing methods of PDL and Cobb -Douglas production function, The results show that the relationships between patents and R&D input are obvious in almost all the 12 industrial sections; For all industrial sections, a 2 period lag R&D has the most significant impact on patent output on average; The efficiency of R&D in- put to patents is different between every industrial sections, but for a certain industrial section, it has the same efficiency on speed and quantity.
