摘要
介绍了国内外起重机电气控制系统常用的几种交流调速技术,并对其进行了对比分析,最后给出了变频调速控制系统的原理方案。对变频调速控制技术若干关键问题进行了详细的分析,包括溜钩技术、再生制动能量处理技术以及定位与防摆控制技术等,指出变频调速控制技术已成为高性能交流调速领域中备受关注和重点发展的技术之一。
The paper introduced several kinds of common AC adjusting speed technologies used in crane electric control system in home and abroad, which were analyzed and compared. And the paper designed a principle scheme of crane frequency control system at last. According to some key problems of crane frequency control technology, the paper did a detailed analysis, including giledhook technology and location and antisway technology. Then, it pointed out frequency control technology is becoming a technology receiving much concern in the field of AC adjusting speed technology with high performance.
