乙苯选择性氧化制苯乙酮的实验研究 被引量:6

A STUDY OF ETHYLBENZENE TO ACETOPHENONE BY SELECTIVE CATALYTIC OXIDATION

摘要 以V_2O_5和H_3PO_4为原料,采用有机溶剂法制备VPO催化剂,用于乙苯选择性催化氧化。考察反应条件对乙苯选择性氧化制苯乙酮的影响,并用XRD对VPO催化剂的物相进行表征。结果表明,VPO催化剂是由V^(4+)的(VO)_2P_2O_7物相和V^(5+)的VOPO_4物相组成;冰醋酸为该催化反应体系的最佳溶剂;当反应温度为343 K、催化剂用量为30 mg、乙苯用量为10.0 mL、冰醋酸用量为10.0 mL、H_2O_2用量为10.0 mL时,目的产物苯乙酮收率可达17.2%。 VPO catalysts for ethylbenzene selective catalytic oxidation to acetophenone were prepared by organic solvent method using V2O3 and H3PO4 as raw materials. The prepared VPO catalysts were characterized by XRD and the effect of reaction conditions on the ethylbenzene selective catalytic oxidation was studied. XRD results indicated that (VO)2P2O7 and VOPO4 were the main components of VPO catalyst. Test results also showed that glacial acetic acid was the optimal solvent of the reaction system,under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 343 K,an ethylbenzene amount of 10 mL,a catalyst dosage of 30 mg,a solvent amount of 10 mL and a H2O2 amount of 10 mL,the yield of acetophenone reached 17.2 %.
