摘要 对硫酸生产中水洗净化工序排放的废水分别采用石灰中和-鼓风氧化法、铁屑法和铁盐法进行处理试验,结果表明,采用铁盐法两级处理工艺处理该废水是可行的。控制两级处理的pH分别为8~10和8~9,Fe/As摩尔比分别为1和5,当进水As含量为115mg/L时,经两级处理后,出水As含量<0.5mg/L,重金属离子、pH。 The wastewater discharged from water washing unit in sulphuric acid production has been treated by lime neutralization air oxidation process,iron scale process and iron salt process separately.The results show that iron salt process with two stages is practicable.Under the conditions of 8~10 and 8~9 of pH and 1 and 5(mole ratio)of Fe/As respectively in two stages,the content of As can be reduced from 115mg/L of influent to less than 0.5mg/L of effluent,the indices of heavy metal ions,pH,SS and so on can also meet national discharge standards.
