摘要
综述了反相乳液法制备淀粉微球的机理、方法、预处理方法的研究进展,介绍了淀粉微球作为药物载体在医药领域的应用,并提出了淀粉微球在制备和应用中存在的问题及发展前景。
The mechanism, preparation method and pretreatment of preparing starch microspheres in inverse micro emulsion,and their applications in medicine as drug carriers were introduced.The problems and prospects in preparation and application of starch microspheres were given.
