摘要
通过试验对比分析了零件在不同成形角度下表面质量的变化规律,并讨论了通过优化刀具轨迹的方法改进缓面处表面质量。结果表明:根据零件成形角度的变化设置不同的层进给量,加工的零件表面质量最好;选取一定的每层进给量并结合设置残余波峰高度值增加缓面处刀轨的方法,可以提高加工效率并使零件缓面处的表面质量提高;数控加工自动编程二次精加工的方法不适于渐进成形,应根据零件的实际情形选择不同的进退刀方法。
The surface quality in different forming angles is analyzed by the experiment. Some different methods by optimizing forming parameters are discussed to improve the surface quality. The result shows that, using smaller step size when the forming angle is small and using bigger step size when the forming angle is big, the best surface quality can be obtained. Using scallop is another good method and it can obtain better surface quality and reduce forming time. Two stage methods cannot be used in incremental forming for better surface quality, and different tool engaging methods also have some effects on the surface quality.
