旅游业发展中的环境问题很多，为使旅游业永续发展，应采取如下对策：对旅游风景区做环境保护规划；扩大风景区的旅游容量；运用经济手段和管理措施进行宏观调控；加强旅游环境立法和风景区环境管理，强化治理措施；改变能源结构，大力发展生态旅游；大搞绿化工作，防止水土流失；公众参与；控制景区居住人口。

Environmental problems of tourism development include :over exploitation and the excess loadof tourism capacity ,impacting or destroying ecological environments ,impactiong or destroying the landscaperesources of tourism , water body pollution,,air pollution , bringing about solid wastes , impactiong soil and noisepollution. To ensure the permanent and sustainable development of tourism, following countermeasuresShould be taken;to make environmental protection planning for tour scenic spots ,to expand the tourism ca-pacity of scenic spots, to have macroregulation through economic means and managemnent measures, tostrengthen. the environmental legislation of tourism and the environmental management of scenic spots andadministrative measures ,to change energy structure ,and to develop eco-tourism largely ;to have afforestationgreatly for preventing soil erosion ,public participation ,to control the living population of scenic spots ,and tostrengthen environmental protection propaganda.
