摘要 为了有效降低液压支架故障发生概率,用事故树分析法对液压支架常见故障进行分析,得出降低故障发生概率的有效途径。采用事故树定性、定量与重要度分析方法研究了液压支架各基本故障事件的发生概率对顶事件发生概率的影响。结果表明:液压支架事故树最小割集有17个,由事故树最小割集可以直观地判断哪种故障模式发生概率最高,以及如何采取措施使液压支架故障发生概率下降。利用最小割集对各基本事件概率重要度与关键重要度进行分析,得出了对顶事件发生概率影响大和敏感度高的基本事件。降低概率重要度与关键重要度高的基本故障事件发生概率,可以有效降低液压支架故障发生概率。 In order to reduce the fault probability occurred in the hydraulic powered supports, the fault tree analysis method was applied to analyze the common faults of the hydraulic powered supports. The effective access to reduce the fault occurred probability of the hydraulic powered supports was obtained from the analysis. Fault tree qualitative, quantitative and importance analysis methods were used to study the impact of occurrence probability of basic failure event to the occurrence probability of top failure event of hydraulic support. The results showed that there were 17 minimal cut sets of the hydraulic support fault tree, by the minimal cut sets and we could directly estimated the failure mode with highest occurrence probability and take measures to decline the occurrence probability of hydraulic support failure. The minimal cut sets were utilized to analyze the probability importance of basic event and the key importance, and the basic event that was high-impact and sensitivity to the top event occurrence probability was obtain. Reduce the basic failure events of high probability importance and key importance could effectively reduce the occurrence probability of hydraulic support failure.
