番茄红素对CCl_4致大鼠慢性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨番茄红素对慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法将40只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单纯肝损伤组及番茄红素低、中、高剂量组,采用CCl4制备慢性肝损伤大鼠模型,检测大鼠血清中天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性及肝组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)活性,同时对肝脏进行病理学评估。结果番茄红素能明显降低慢性肝损伤模型大鼠血清中AST、ALT活性(P<0.01),降低肝组织匀浆中MDA活性(P<0.01),升高GSH和SOD活性(P<0.01),降低肝脏病理损伤程度。结论番茄红素对CCl4所致的大鼠慢性肝损伤具有一定的保护作用。 Objective To probe into the protective effect of lycoypene on chronic liver injury. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, liver injury group, low, middle and high doses of lycoypene groups. Chronic liver injury rat model was prepared with CCl4. The activity of AST and ALT in rat serum, and the activity of SOD, GSH and MDA in liver tissue homogenate were tested, and a pathological evaluation on the liver was done. Results In rats models with chronic liver injury, lycoypene could markedly bring down the activity of serum AST and ALT( P 〈 0.01 ), reduce the activity of MDA( P 〈0.01 ), promote the activity of GSH and SOD( P 〈0.01 ) in liver tissue homogenate, and thus decrease the degree of pathological injury on liver. Conclusion Lycoypenc has protective effect on chronic liver injury of rats caused by CCl4.
