摘要
金融危机加剧了就业难,使得就业作为高职教育的导向性作用更加明确。课程建设与改革是提高人才培养质量的核心,教师是课程的创建者与传授者。高职文科类教学改革需从教师的可持续发展入手,着力"双师型"队伍建设,构建模块化的课程体系,建立互动的教学团队和塑造学习型的学校组织,以满足新时期就业市场不断变化发展的需求,提高文科学生的就业竞争力。
Financial crisis has worsened the difficult situation of job hunting, and it is more obvious that employment should be regarded as the guidance of higher vocational education. Course construction and reform is the core to improve the quality of personnel training, and teachers are the creator and practitioners of curriculum. The reform of liberal arts in the higher vocational colleges should begin with the sustainable development of teachers and building a team, who enjoys both practical and theoretical backgrounds, develop the modular curriculum system, construct an interactive and learning teaching team to meet the requirements of the job suppliers and enhance the competitiveness of graduates.
