摘要
从微观失效机理和宏观蠕变性能的角度,分析了拉森-米勒参数与应力之间的关系,导出了两个(指数型和对数型)蠕变寿命预测公式.经实验数据测定,指数型具有较高的精度.为由短期蠕变数据外推长期蠕变寿命,提供了一种新方法.
In this paper, the relation between Larson - Miller parameter and stress has been analyzed from the perspective of "creep macro- property" and "failure micro-mechanism". The formulas with exponential and logarithm types are developed respectively. The experimental result shows that it is more precise to predict the creep rupture life using the exponential type formula. This result can be used to extrapolate the long creep life from the shorter time test results.
