摘要 在全面分析总结塑料异型材挤出机头设计过程的基础上,探讨挤出机头的几何造型,并通过C语言对AutoCADR12.0forWindows进行二次开发,实现ADS对AMEAPI的编程控制,研制了基于三维实体造型的挤出机头CAD系统. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the designing process of plastics profile extrusion die, the article discuses the geometric modeling of the plastics profile extrusion die, and fulfils the program control of ADS to AME API by developing AutoCAD R12.0 with Language C, and finally develops a plastics profile extrusion die system which is based on 3D solid modeling.
