摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学法(Problem-Basedlearning,PBL)在临床护理教学中的应用。方法:采用设问-自主学习-讨论-总结四阶段教学,强调护生自主学习,促进学生理论与实践的有机结合。结果:通过调查问卷,学生在自我指导学习、倾听与记录能力、团队合作精神、相互尊重与宽容、对文献评估能力有很大提高。结论:PBL教学法培养学生发现、解决临床问题的能力,激发创新意识的形成,提高护生实习效果。
Objective: To explore the application of PBL in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: We adopted four-Stage teaching mode including question-design, self-study, discussion and summary, and emphasized self-study, organic combining of theory and practice. Resalts: Through the investigation by questionnaire, the students had a great improvement in the self-directed learning, listening and recording, team cooperation, mutual respect and tolerance, and literature utilization. Conclusion: PBL teaching can train the ability of finding and solving clinical problems, inspire innovative consciousness. It can also improve the effectiveness of nursing practice.
