加气混凝土砌块失水和吸水性能的试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对加气混凝土砌块失水、吸水性能的试验研究,得出砌块从饱和含水率至平衡含水率时的砌块干缩、膨胀的特点。砌块失水、吸水非常缓慢,干缩膨胀值大,因此施工时要严格控制加气混凝土砌块的上墙含水率,建议将此值控制在15%以下,并给出了一种快速检测砌块含水率的方法。 This article researches the water loss and water absorption in aerated concrete block, obtaining the characteristics of shrinkage and expansion from the saturation moisture content of blocks to the equilibrium moisture content. As the block losses water, water absorption is very slow, and the shrinkage expansion values are great, it is suggestion that strictly control the aerated concrete block moisture on the wall below 15 %. At last the article gave up a rapid way to test water absorption of blocks for practical application at the construction site.
