摘要
在发动机台架上对Urea-SCR排气后处理系统的尿素喷射进行了试验研究。ESC和ETC试验结果表明,尿素喷射策略的动态修正在保证NOx排放量满足要求的前提下,可以有效降低尿素消耗量;在瞬态工况下,还可以有效降低NH3泄漏造成的二次污染。
The urea injection of urea-SCR aftertreatment system was researched by the experiment.The ESC and ETC experiments were carried out.The results show that under the premise of meeting NOx emission requirements,the dynamic correction of injection strategy can effectively reduce urea consumption,it can also effectively reduce the leakage of NH3 under transient conditions.
