随着经济日趋市场化和国际化,我国大学经济管理类专业的学生队伍不断扩大,但我国传统的大学经济管理类专业人才培养模式存在明显的不足。结合经济管理类专业人才的必备素质,研究经济管理类专业人才培养的创新模式,使经济管理类专业人才更适合经济的发展。

As the economy becomes increasingly market - oriented and internationalized, the quantity of the university students of the Economics and Management Professions has continuously expanded. But there is obvious shortage in the traditional training mode of economics and management professionals at Chinese Universities. We should improve the essential quality of the economic and management professionals and study the innovative training pattern, so as to make them meet the requirement of the economic development.
