摘要 目的了解上海市北蔡镇海东居委老年人群体质指数(Body mass index,BMI)与骨质疏松(Osteoporosis,0P)患病率的关系,为本地区骨质疏松症的防治提供参考。方法使用美国GE公司双能X线骨密度仪对133例上海市北蔡镇海东居委60~80岁老年人正位腰椎和左股骨近端进行骨密度测定。测量老年人目前的身高、体重,计算出目前BMI,分为BMI18.5~23.9组(体重正常组)与BMI≥24组(超重组)。让老人回忆25岁时的身高、体重,计算出25岁时BMI,有104位老人可回忆25岁时的身高、体重,分为BMI<18.5组(低体重组)、18.5~23.9组(体重正常组)与≥24组(超重组)。结果25岁时体质指数(BMI)在18.5~23.9范围内OP率为36%,BMI<18.5和≥24的作为非正常组OP率为59%,BMI非正常组与BMI在18.5~23.9范围内的正常组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);目前BMI在18.5~23.9范围内OP患病率为69%,BMI≥24时OP患病率为38%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论上海市北蔡镇海东居委老年人群OP患病率与目前BMI呈负相关,25岁时过瘦和过胖OP率增高,建议从青少年至老年人群应合理营养,合理控制体重,坚持适当的体育活动,早预防早治疗,防止或减少骨质疏松症的发生。 Objective To investigate the incidence relationship between BM1 and OP among the old people in Beicai town shanghai in order to provide references to the prophylaxis of OP. Methods We measured the bone density of the neck of femur and lumbar, using the dual energy x - ray from GE ( a company of USA) in 133 cases aged in 60 - 80. Results The OP incidence is 36% at 25 year old the BM1 is around 18.5 - 23.9, Now let's set the group which BMI 〈 18.5, 〉 24 as the irregular group, OP incidence is 59% , the irregular group and the group which BMI is between 18.5 -23.9 as the regular one, after compare with this two groups the difference is significant (P 〉0.05) ; the OP incidence is 69% at present BM1 is around 18. 5 -23.9, while it will be 38% when BM1 〉 24. The difference is significant between two group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The relationship between OP incidence and BMI in this committee is negative. The OP incidence will be increased at 25 years old if too fat or too thin. So in order to reduce and prevent the OP. the adults and the youth should have some exercises and adopt adequate nutrition as well as watch the weight.
