摘要
以钛酸丁酯为钛源,在强碱条件下用水热法分别制备了Ni2+和Cd2+离子掺杂的竹节型钛酸钠纳米线,并用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射仪(SAED)以及X射线能谱仪(EDS)进行了相应表征。实验结果表明:生成的钛酸钠纳米线具有特殊的竹节型异质结构,直径分布在50~100nm。
Ni^2+ , Cd^2+-doped sodium titanate nanowires was synthesized by hydrothermal method in a strong base medium. XRD.SEM.TEM. HRTEM. SAED and EDS techniques were applied to characterize their morphology, component and structures. TEM and SEM observations indicated that the above nanowires had bamboo-shaped heterojunction structure with the diameter of 50-100nm. The most possible mechanism of the formation of such heterojunction structure was also discussed.
