摘要 介绍了压疮的危险因素及其与营养的关系,指出营养筛查和评估的方法包括临床评估、体格测量、饮食评估、生化评估。 It introduced risk factors of pressure sore and its relationship with nutrition. It pointed out methods of nutritional screening and assessment inclu- ding clinical assessment, physical measurement, dietary assessment and bio- chemical assessment.
