摘要
采用MoldFlow软件对畚箕的冷却回路的优化进行研究,指出优化设置模具冷却回路的方法,通过使用MPI/Cool进行冷却分析,根据冷却分析的结果,选择较为合理的方案,最终获得良好的冷却效果,达到提高产品质量、缩短成形周期、提高生产率等目的。
The cooling system for dustpan was researched detailedly based on MoldFlow. A method for optimal design of cooling system was put forward. The cooling analysis was carried out by using MPI/ Cool, the result was used to choose a reasonable scheme and to achieve a good cooling effect. Product quality was improved and energy consumption was reduced through this research.
