河南省驴寄生圆线虫的种类记述———副杯口属Parapoteriostomum Hartwich,1986

The Species of Parasitic Strongyloid Nematodes in Donkeys from Henan Province——Parapoteriostomum Hartwich,1986

[目的]调查驴肠道寄生圆线虫的种类,为圆线虫的分类研究和防治提供依据。[方法]2006～2007年检查和采集了河南省34头驴的肠道寄生圆线虫,在光学显微镜下进行形态学观察和种类鉴定。[结果]共鉴定出22种圆线虫,隶属于2亚科7属,其中副杯口属Parapoteriostomum Hartwich,1986仅发现1种,即真臂副杯口线虫Parapoteriostomum euproctus(Boulenger,1917)Hartwich,1986。[结论]真臂副杯口线虫在河南省属首次报道,为河南省新纪录种,其感染率和平均感染强度都非常低。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the species of strongyloid nematodes in the donkeys and provide theoretical basis for the taxonomy and control of parasitic diseases. [ Method]Thirty-four donkeys from Hcnan Province were examined at necropsy for strongyloid nema- todes in the large intestine from 2006 to 2007. The species of strongyloid nematodes were observed and identified by light microscopy. [ Result ] Twenty - two species belonging to 7 genera and 2 subfamilies were discovered. Among them, one species of the genus Parapoteriostomum Hartwich, 1986,i. e. Parapoteriostomum euproctus （ Boulenger, 1917 ） Hartwich, 1986, was redeseribed and photographed. [ Conclusion ] Parapoteriostomum euproetus is new record species in Henan Province and has lower prevalence and mean intensity.
