论干部院校的师资队伍建设

On the Faculty Construction of Leadership Academies

干部院校的师资队伍主要包括讲授教师、培训师、培训设计师和培训评估师等。加强师资队伍建设是保证干部教育培训质量和效益的重要措施。本文通过归纳我国干部院校的历史经验,学习借鉴高等院校和国外公务员培训的有益启示,根据干部教育培训的新形势新任务,提出了当前我国干部院校师资队伍的特点、要求,以及加强师资队伍建设的思路和措施。

The teachers in leadership academies mainly include the lecturer, trainer, training designers, training assessor, etc. The faculty construction is a very important measure of undertaking the quality and effectiveness of cadres education. This paper analyzes the historical experiences on cadres education of the CPC and the references of the faeuhy construction of high schools and international leadership training organizations, then on the basis of the new conditions and assignment of cadres education, puts forward the characteristics and requirement of the faculty and points out the key way of thinking and measures of leadership academies＇ faculty construction.
