Cu-Ti-Fe大块非晶合金铸态组织的研究

摘要 通过电弧熔炼-铜模吸铸法制备了直径为4mm、长度约为80mm的Cu60Ti(10+x)Fe(30-x)(x=0,20,25)的合金圆棒,并通过XRD、SEM和金相显微镜对其进行了表征和分析。结果表明,Cu60Ti10Fe30合金试样的铸态组织中含有大量面心立方结构的Cu晶体;而Cu60Ti35Fe5的基体为非晶结构,但同时也含有一定数量且呈树枝状分布的纳米晶;在Cu60Ti30Fe10中含有极少量的颗粒状纳米晶,其铸态组织几乎为完全的非晶结构。 Cu60Ti(10+x)Fe(30-x)(x=0, 20, 25) amorphous alloy with about 4 mm in diameter and 80 mm in length was prepared by suction pouring forming in electric arc furnace with water cooled copper crucible. The as-cast structure of the prepared alloy was characterized by XRD (X-ray diffraction) and SEM (scanning electron microscope) and OM (optical microscope). The results reveal that the as-cast structure of Cu60Ti10Fe30 is composed of Cu crystal with fcc structure, while Cu60Ti35Fe5 alloy is mainly composed of amorphous phase with a little dendritic nano-crystal phase, and Cu60Ti30Fe10 alloy exhibits absolutely amorphous structure with little granular nanocrystal.
