摘要 多层螺旋CT尿路成像(MDCTU)是一项发展中的新技术,为泌尿系统疾病的诊断和治疗提供了重要信息,临床应用日益广泛。放射剂量相对较高是阻碍MDCTU推广应用的最主要因素,也是促使MDCTU技术研究的最重要原动力。现有技术方案致力于降低MDCTU放射剂量和提高其影像质量,尚无统一规范,亟待进一步研究完善。
