Analysis of 313 ADR Reports Associated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的通过对2007～2008年茂名地区各医疗单位呈报的313例中药注射剂不良反应(ADRs)报告进行分析,了解中药注射剂不良反应发生的情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析方法,对2007～2008年茂名地区呈报的中药注射剂不良反应报告进行系统分析。结果引起不良反应的主要品种为心脑血管疾病药品,中老年人的发病率较高;不良反应以全身性损害最为常见。结论应重视中药注射剂的不良反应,在临床使用时要严密监测,提高合理用药水平。

Objective To learn the occurrence and characteristic of ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） injections, and to provide information for rational drug usage in clinical practice, through analyzing 313 ADR reports during 2007 - 2008 in Maoming area. Methods A total of 313 ADR reports associated with TCM injections received in 2007 - 2008 in Maoming area were retrospectively analyzed. Results Most of ADR are mainly caused by cerebrovascular drugs. High ADR occurrence was observed in the pediatric patients. The main symptoms of ADRs were general disorders. Conclusion ADR cause by TCM injections should be concerned, and ADR should be intensively monitored.
