摘要
目的:研究金花猕猴桃根乙酸乙酯提取相的化学成分。方法:用色谱法分离,用波谱方法和理化性质鉴定结构。结果:从金花猕猴桃根部乙酸乙酯提取相中分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:豆甾-二酮(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)、2α,3β,23-三羟基-12-烯-28-乌苏酸(Ⅴ)。结论:以上化合物均首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the roots of Actinidia chrysantha. Methods : Chromatographic methods were used to isolate the compounds from ethyl acetate extract from the roots of Actinidia chrysantha and chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. Results : Five compounds were identified as stigmast-3,6-dione( Ⅰ ) ,β-sitosterol( Ⅱ) ,ursolicacid( Ⅲ ) ,β-daueosterol( Ⅳ ) ,2α,3β,23 -triol-12- en - 28 -ursolic acid( Ⅴ ). Conclusion: Those compounds are obtained from the plant for the first time.
