维药爱维心口服液对大鼠缺血再灌损伤心肌细胞凋亡的影响

Influence of Aiweixin Liquid on cardiocyte apoptosis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

目的:观察维吾尔药爱维心口服液对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤心肌细胞凋亡的影响。方法:30只Wistar雄性大鼠,体质量200-250g,随机分3组,各10只:假手术组、缺血再灌注组、爱维心预处理组,建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型。免疫组化法观察心肌细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax和Caspase-3蛋白的表达。结果:①I/R组Bcl-2基因蛋白表达显著减少(P<0.01),Bax和Caspase-3基因蛋白表达明显增多(P<0.01);②爱维心预处理后心肌细胞Bax和Caspase-3基因蛋白表达显著减少(P<0.01),Bcl-2基因蛋白表达明显增多(P<0.01)。结论:爱维心口服液对大鼠MIRI具有保护作用,其机制可能与抑制心肌细胞凋亡有关。

Objective： To explore the influence of Aiweixin on cardiocyte apoptosis of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods： Thirty male Wistar rats, 200-250g weight, were divided into 3 groups randomly： sham-operation group, Ischemia-reperfusion injury group （I/R） and Aiweixin preconditioning group, each group had 10 rats. The model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was established. The protein expressions of Bcl-2, Bax and Caspase-3 were studied by Immunohistch emicalstaining. Results：The protein expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 increased and Bcl-2 decreased significantly （P〈0.01）in the ischemia-reperfusion group. The protein expressions of Bax and Caspase-3 decreased （P〈0.01） and Bcl-2 increased significantly （P〈0.01）in the Aiweixin Liquid group as compared with those of others. Conclusion： Aiweixin Liquid exerted a protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, the mechanism may be concerned to repressing the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.
