摘要
血液动力学因素直接影响血管平滑肌细胞的形态、迁移、增殖和凋亡,也通过调节内皮细胞来控制血管平滑肌细胞的行为,进而影响血管壁的结构和功能。通过综述血液动力学对平滑肌细胞的作用及机制,认为今后重点在于采用多种体外实验模型,模拟多种力、复杂流动对血管平滑肌细胞的影响,研究力学因素作用下血管平滑肌细胞结构和功能改变的分子生物学机理。
Hemodynamic factors affect the morphology, migration, proliferation and apoptosis of vascular smooth muscle cells, and also regulate the endothelial cells to control vascular smooth muscle cells, and further influence the remodeling of structure and function of blood vessel. Future emphases lie in utilizing various models in vitro, and simulating the effect of various mechanical stresses and complex flows on vascular smooth muscle cells, and studying the molecular biological basis for structure and function of the smooth muscle cells in response to shear stress.
