中西药联合治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征50例

Treating 50 Cases of Phlegm-damp Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome with Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西药联合治疗痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:100例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用达英-35、二甲双胍治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用加味二陈汤治疗,3个月经周期后统计疗效。结果:①治疗后两组患者月经周期均恢复正常,痤疮、多毛等症状改善。②两组BMI、WHR治疗后均明显下降,与治疗前及对照组治疗后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③两组内分泌比较:FSH、E2、PRL两组治疗前、后无明显改变(P>0.05);LH、T、HOMA-IR治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05);两组LH、T比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西药联合治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征疗效好,副作用少,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Phlegm -damp Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome（PCOS） with Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine . Methods ： 100 PCOS patients, were divided randomly into treatment group （50 cases）, and control group （50 cases）, The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets -35 and Metformin, the treatment based on modified Er＇ chen Decoction on the basis of control group, added up effect after 3 menstrual cycle. Results：① menstrual cycle of 100 patients all put back and acne and hairiness were improved;② BMI and WHR of two groups all obviously descended after treatment, compared with pretherapy and the control post - treatment, there was significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）,③Comparison of endocrine in two groups ： FSH, E2 and PRL of two groups have no obviously affect（ P 〉 0.05 ）, LH, T and HOMA -IR obviously descended after treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, LH and T have no significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect is good for PCOS with Combination of Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, side effect is few, it is worth to spread in clinic.
