摘要
本文提出的单片机控制系统实现了对传统气动扳手的智能化控制。能根据螺钉规格预选及实测螺钉扭矩,并能恰当施扭,以免拧得过松或过紧。拧紧一个螺钉后,自动控制停机,数秒后自动启动,并可自动记数。从而大大提高了气动扳手的使用效率及施扭的准确性。
This paper puts forward the control system with single- chipmicrocomputer to achieve intelligent control of traditional pneumatic spanner. Itcan preselect and actually measure the torque of a screw in accordance with screwspecification, and can properly tighten up the screw, not too tight or not tooloose. After tightening a screw. it can automatically stop and then start in someseconds, and also automatically record, with greatly increasing service efficiencyand tightening accuracy of the pneumatic spanner.
