摘要
骨质疏松症已成为一个世界性的健康问题。它是以骨量减少、骨的微观结构退化为特征的,致使骨的脆性增加以及易于发生骨折的一种全身性骨骼疾病。骨质疏松是一个复杂的多因子疾病,由遗传和环境因素相互作用,具有高度的遗传决定性。复杂的遗传学体系还未完全清楚,所以骨质疏松基因的相关研究是当今分子遗传学的最大挑战之一。对近年来骨质疏松症几种相关基因的研究进展进行综述,探讨这些基因与骨质疏松的关系。
Osteoporosis,one of the major and growing health problems around the world,was defined as a systemic skeletal disease characterized by low bone mass and micro-architectural deterioration of bone tissue with a resultant increase fragility and risk of fracture. Osteoporosis as a complex multifactoriat disease is determined by genetic and environmental factors as well as their interactions ,with high degree of genetic determination. The complex genetic architecture of esteoporosis is still ambiguous and its dissection is one of the greatest challenges in molecular genetic research today. This paper reviewed the investigation of the related genes of osteoporosis and study the relation between gene and osteoporosis.
