摘要
乡村教师是乡村学校重建的主体力量,尽管在当前我国乡村教师发展过程中存在诸如质量、待遇、职责等多种问题,但上述仅为表象,其更为深层的缘由却是日益增长的乡村教师身份认同危机。在他者规训异化与自我统整迷失的双重交构下,乡村教师的文化符号象征意义几近丧失、内在根本质素遭致否定、社会身份角色日益游移不定。为确保乡村学校教育教学活动的有序开展,有必要从外塑和内砺两方面加强乡村教师的身份角色认同感,确保其在地域、身份、价值取向上得到有效归属。
Rural teachers have been the principal force of the rural school re-construction. However, there are many problems in the development process of rural teachers, such as poor quality, low payment and ill-performed responsibility. The deep-seated problem is the identity crisis of rural teachers. With the double impact of the dissimilation by external discipline and the disorientation of internal self, the symbolic meaning of rural teachers has almost lost; and their inner quality has been denied and their social roles are vague. In order to ensure the progressing of the rural schools' teaching activity, we should intensify the self-identity of rural teachers externally and internally. Only by this way can we make sure rural school teachers obtain effective ascription in the aspects of geography, identity, and value orientation.
