摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷和椰子油酸为原料,采用酯化法合成出了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷酯。最佳工艺条件为:催化剂SnCl2·2H2O用量为4.0%,醇酸物质的量比为1:3.2,反应温度为170~180℃,反应时间为3.5h~4.0h。同时将产品应用于切削液配方研究。
Trimethylolpropane oleic acid easter is synthesized by esterification reaction of trimethylolpropane and coconut oleic acid as the raw material. In the optimum conditions, the SnCl2 · 2H2O catalyst amount is 4%, n (trimethylolpropane):n(coconut oleic acid) is 1:3.2, reaction temperature is 170 - 180℃, reaction time is 3.5 - 4.0h. The production is applied to cutting fluids.
