THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE WATER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DATABASE SYSTEM

摘要 阐述了水资源管理数据库系统的设计与实现。该系统是根据水资源管理行政部门的需求,以Windows95为开发平台,采用“原型化”系统开发方法与面向对象编程技术,选用了新一代关系数据库管理系统VsualFoxPro3.0,开发研制而成,系统实现了水资源管理数据的录入、编辑、查询、统计分析、报表、制图等功能,提高了水资源管理信息化的水平。 This paper expounds the design and implementation of the water resource management database system.Based on the demand of water resource administration department, the system was developed by taking the Win dows 95 as development platform, applying the prototyping system development method and object - oriented pro totyping, and selecting a new generation of DBMS Visual Fox Pro 3. 0. The system implements the functions in cluding: data input, editing, inquiring, statistical analyzing, tabulating and plotting etc. of the water resource management data, that upgrades the utilization of the ioformation of water resource management.
