摘要 研究了ZTM自摩擦副中销的磨损特性。结果表明,由于摩擦面的高温和ZTM中含有较多的玻璃相,使摩擦表面形成塑性变形层,经过摩擦应力的持续作用,塑性变形层成片地脆性剥落,造成ZTM陶瓷的磨损,而氧化锆的强韧化作用是ZTM的耐磨性高于莫来石的主要原因。 The wear behavior of ZTM ceramic pins in ZTM/ZTM pairs was investigated in this paper. The results shown that plastic deformation film was formed on friction surfaces due to the high temperature and a large amount of glass phase in ZTM ceramic. The plastic deformation film was peeled off under continuous friction- Because of toughening and strengthening of zirconia in ZTM ce-ramics, its wear resistance was singnificantly enhanced.
