摘要
营养不良在酒精性和非酒精性肝病患者中很常见,其严重程度直接关系到患者的短期生存率。虽然肝病和营养不良密切相关,但这方面的临床研究非常少,实践中营养不良常被漏诊。本文就终末期肝病营养不良的研究进展作一综述。
Malnutrition is commonly seen in both alcoholic and nonalcoholic liver disease, and short-term survival is reduced in parallel with the severity of malnutrition. Despite liver disease is closely related to malnutrion, clinical research in this field is seldomly conducted and malnutrition is frequently undiagnosed in clinical practice. This paper reviews the advances in the study on malnutrition in end-stage liver disease.
