应用吻合器行中低位直肠癌保肛根治术165例临床体会

Performing Anus-saving Radical Procedure for Mid-low Rectal Carcinoma by Using Stapler：Clinical Experience of 165 Cases

为探讨应用吻合器行保肛根治术治疗中低位直肠癌的临床疗效，我们对应用KYGW-31．5型康迪吻合器行保肛根治术的165例中低位直肠癌患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果显示，165例患者中，发生吻合口漏6例，其中2例经保守治疗痊愈，4例行急诊二次结肠腹壁永久造口术。结果表明。中低位直肠癌应用吻合器手术保肛率高，手术时间短，使用方便，吻合效果满意，术中无污染。

For for mid-low re this procedure motic leakage, mergency seco the objective of investigating the clinical effect of performing anus-saving radical procedure ctal carcinoma by using stapler authors analysed the case data of 165 patients subjected to by using KYGW-31.5 Kangdi stapler retrospectively. As results,only 6 cases had anastoamong whom 2 cases were cured through conservative therapy,4 cases were subjected to endary permanent colostomy on the abdominal wall. Results show that for mid-low rectal carcinoma performing operation by using stapler has such advantages as higher anus-saving rate,shorter operative time, convenient manipulation, satisfactory anastomotic outcome, and no operative infection.
