电针结合穴位注射弥可保治疗Hunt综合征临床观察

Clinical Observation on Electroacupuncture Combined with Acupoint Injection of Methycobal in Treating Hunt Syndrome

目的:观察电针结合穴位注射弥可保治疗Hunt综合征的临床疗效。方法:62例患者随机分为实验组、对照组各31例,对照组早期给予抗病毒及皮质激素治疗,发病7天后开始电针治疗;实验组在对照组基础上加用穴位注射弥可保,取穴阳白、颧髎、牵正、翳风。结果:临床疗效实验组总有效率为93.5%,对照组为71.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示电针配合穴位注射弥可保治疗Hunt综合征疗效显著。62例病例中,半年后随访59例,随访丢失3例,随访率为95.2%。实验组后遗症发病率为33.3%,对照组为62.1%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),提示电针配合穴位注射弥可保可减少Hunt综合征后遗症的发生。结论:电针结合穴位注射弥可保治疗Hunt综合征可提高疗效,降低后遗症发病率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture (EA) combined with acupoint injection of Methycobal in treating Hunt syndrome. Methods:Sixty-two Hunt syndrome patients were equally randomized into 2 groups:the control group received antivirus treatment and corticosteroids treatment at the early stage,and was given EA on 7 days after onset. Based on the therapeutic regimen of the control group,the treatment group received acupoint injection of Methycobal on acupoints of Yangbai,Quanliao,Qianzheng and Yifeng. Results:The total effective rate was 93.5% in the treatment group and 71.0% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). A follow-up was carried out in 50 patients with a follow-up rate being 95.2%. The results of follow-up showed that the incidence of Hunt syndrome sequelae was 33.3% in the treatment group and 62.1% in the control group,the difference being significant between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture (EA) combined with acupoint injection of Methycobal is effective in treating Hunt syndrome,and can decrease the incidence of Hunt syndrome sequelae.
