阻光薄膜对油炸椒盐花生氧化酸败影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过自制不同程度的阻光薄膜并对油炸椒盐花生进行加速氧化实验,比较紫外光线对油炸椒盐花生氧化酸败的影响,建立在不同储藏温度条件下油炸椒盐花生储藏寿命的回归方程。
