河南省驴寄生圆线虫的种类记述—冠环属Coronocyclus

Species of Strongyloid Nematodes in the Donkeys from Henan Province—Coronocyclus

2006年2月~2007年1月,通过对河南省34头驴体内寄生线虫的感染情况进行调查,共发现22种圆线虫,隶属于2亚科7属,其中3种为河南省新纪录种.本文详细观察和描述了冠环属Coronocyclus Hartwich,1986的3个种类：冠状冠环线虫Coronocyclus coronatus（Looss,1900）,大唇片冠环线虫Coronocyclus labiatus（Lo-oss,1902）和小唇片冠环线虫Coronocyclus labratus（Looss,1900）.此次调查中,大唇片冠环线虫和小唇片冠环线虫的感染率都比较高,为优势种.

Thirty-four donkeys from Henan Province were examined at necropsy for strongyloid nematodes in the large intestine from February 2006 to January 2007. Twenty-two species belonging to 7 genera and 2 subfamilies have been identified, and three species are new record species in Henan Province. In the present paper, three species of the genus Coronocyclus Hartwich, 1986, Coronocyclus coronatus （Looss, 1 900）, Coronocyclus labiatus （Looss, 1902） and Coronocyclus labratus （Looss, 1900）, have been redescribed and photographed by light microscopy. In this investigation, C. labiatus and C. labratus are dominant species.
