摘要
在传统流量计的基础上,研制了一种基于HART协议的新型智能螺旋流量计。此螺旋流量计使用MSP430F435为核心MCU。传感器的微小频率信号通过放大滤波后,MSP430F435进行采集计数。同时,使用A5191HRT型HART调制解调器与AD421电流环数模转换器构成HART通信模块,提高了流量计的信息传输功能。
On the basis of the traditional flowmeter, an intelligent flowmeter which was based on the HART protocol and took MSP430F435 as the core MCU was designed. The tiny frequency signals outputted by the transducer was amplified and filtered , then measured and counted by the MSP430F435. At the same time, HART communication module was composed of the A5191HRT and AD421. Improve the ability of information transmission.
