摘要
为了了解基于计算机和网络的大学英语教学模式对学生英语学习的影响,我们对参加新模式学生的语言学习观念和没有参加新模式学生的观念进行了调查。结果显示二组学生在语言学习观念上并不存在显著性差异,也就是说,参加新模式学生的学习观念并没有因教学模式的改变而发生明显的变化。这一结果需引起大学英语教师的注意和思考,因为如果学生的学习观念和新模式的教学理念不一致,任何新的教学模式都不能顺利进行,最终也达不到预期的效果。
An investigation have been conducted on the language learning beliefs held by two groups of students, one who have participated in the new teaching model and the other who haven't, in order to learn about the effects of the new college EngLish teaching model based on computer and Internet on the students' English learning. The results show that there exist no significant differences in their language learning beliefs. This means that the students in the experimental class haven't changed their beliefs correspond- ingly with the change of the teaching model. This finding should arouse the attention and consideration of college English teachers. If the students' beliefs are not consistent with the rationales of the new teaching model, the implementation of the new model cannot continue smoothly and achieve the expected results in the end.
