麻黄加术汤配合拔罐治疗落枕疗效观察

目的:观察麻黄加术汤配合拔罐治疗落枕的临床疗效。方法:将62例落枕患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例用麻黄加术汤配合拔罐治疗。对照组30例单用拔罐治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率84.4%,总有效率96.9%;对照组治愈率53.3%,总有效率86.7%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组VAS评分无明显差异,治疗后两组VAS评分均明显降低,但治疗组下降更明显,与治疗前比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较也有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:麻黄加术汤配合拔罐治疗落枕能缓解临床症状。

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Stiffneck patients by oral application of Ma Huang Jia Zhu Decoction and Cupping Therapy. Methods：62 patients were randomly divided into two groups ：Treatment group 32 cases treated by oral application of Ma Huang Jia Zhu decoction and cupping therapy, howerer, control group were treated by cupping therapy alone. The visual analog scale and therapeutic effect were undertake comparison. Results：The healing rate was 84.4% and total effective rate was 96.9% in treatment group while the healing rate was 53.3% and total effective rate was 86.7% in control group. After treatment,the scores of visual analog scale were declined in two groups. Compared with control group,the scores of visual analog scale were declined obviously. Conclusion：Ma Huang Jia Zhu decoction by oral application and cupping therapy could relieve the clinical symptom of the Stiffneck patients.
