摘要
CCTV主楼双塔间大悬臂建造方案十分特殊,悬臂施工过程与建成后结构整体受力状态有较大区别,为保证施工过程的安全性以及建造完成后悬臂底层合理的空间位形,对悬臂施工展开专项监测具有重要意义。专项监测包括三方面内容:合龙前,合龙缝的连续监测;合龙关键构件的应力监测;悬臂F37层楼面竖向相对沉降监测。通过上述监测为指导现场合理施工和评价结构施工过程安全性提供了客观数据。
The construction method about the huge cantilever of CCTV main tower is unique; the stress during the construction is different from the integrity structure. To secure the safety of the construction and ensure the proper shape of the cantilever, special monitoring for the huge cantilever is very important. The monitoring involves three aspects: closure-gap monitoring, stress monitoring about the closure-up key members, relative sedimentation monitoring of the bottom surface of the cantilever. According to these monitoring data, guiding the construction reasonably and evaluating the safety of the structure during construction can be performed.
