摘要
我国溴化锂吸收式制冷机组大多有一个明显缺点,即结构笨重、体积庞大。这与国内对热交换器在机组结构、工作机理及强化传热管等技术的应用研究不足有关。本研究应用强化传热技术,在构成机组的四大主要热交换设备(蒸发器、吸收器、发生器和冷凝器等)上采用高效传热管,通过试验验证效果显著,从而减少了机组的重量与体积,达到节材节能,提高机组经济性的目的。
Based on the investigation and experiment of RLB56 diesel engine,the wear process and features of the cylinder liner are studied.A new wearing mode for the cylinder liner of low speed diesel engine—knock-on wearing mode is presented.It is indicated that the cyliner liner wear problems will greatly be improved by rational structure design of relevant parts for diesel engine instead of strengthening the material of cylinder liner and improving the viscosity of lubrication oil.
