摘要
产水气井生产后期井筒积液严重,严重影响了气藏的开发.为了降低气藏的报废压力,提高气藏的开发效果,采用小直径电泵排水采气工艺技术,对采气方式进行参数优化设计.内容包括泵型选择、设计泵、电机型号选择、电缆的选择及保护、地面电压的确定以及控制屏和变压器规格的确定.在太7井进行小直径电泵排水采气先导试验,取得了较好的效果.
In the production tail stage of the gas wells producing water,the liquid in bottom-hole influences strictly the development of the gas reservoirs.In order to improve the development effect of the gas reservoirs,the water pumping and gas production technology using the electric submersible pump of smaller diameter is adopted.The technologic parameters are determined,including the selection of the type of pump,the design of pump,the selection of the type of electric motor,the selection and protection measures of cable,the determination of ground electric voltage and the selection type of control screen and voltage transformer.The pilot test of the technology on Tai 7 gas well achieves good result.
