摘要
通过对服装生命周期影响评价(LCA),得出了服装生命周期中各阶段中对环境影响所占比重,揭示了服装生命周期各阶段中服装使用阶段对环境影响贡献最大。服装洗涤过程中,热水的获得、干衣和洗衣所消耗能源占总能源消耗依次为61.8%,30.9%,7.3%,说明服装洗涤温水的取得以及干衣所需热量的取得,对环境影响贡献最大。数据显示:洗涤温度增加5.5℃,所消耗能源将增加22.3%;干衣时间减少10 min,能源消耗将减少66.7%。
The proportion of apparel in various stages of the life cycle impacting on environment was obtained through the life cycle assessment of apparel. We discovered that most environmental impact is from processes of consumer uses in the whole life cycle of the apparel, and the reasons were also analysed. The proportion of energy consumed by hot water, drying and laundering is 61.8% ,30.9% and 7.3% ,respectively. Quantity of heat which consumed by hot water and drying makes the greatest contributions to the environment. Test results show that energy consumption will increase 22.3% when temperature of washing water increases 5.5 ℃, and energy consumption will decrease 66.7 % when drying time decreases 10 min.
