With the shift of semi-conductor chip manufacturing industry and LCD manufacturing industry to China,there is a growing demand for high-purity phosphorus and electronic grade phosphoric acid,which have become key products for development of China’s fine phosphorus chemicals.Technologies developed in recent years are introduced,as production of high-purity phosphorus by zone melting,electromagnetic purification of industrial yellow phosphorus,and the production of electronic grade phosphoric acid by melt crystallization,membrane separation purification of industrial phosphoric acid.
