摘要
中小学校长培训课程应该依据校长的职业角色、工作任务进行设计,增强课程的专业性和实用性。1990年以来我国中小学校长培训课程不断完善,对于教育改革起到了不可替代的促进作用,但同时也存在实效性不足等突出问题。本文以上分析的基础上提出了一个新的培训课程框架。并指出推进素质教育、实施新课程改革、转变政府教育行政职能、推行现代学校管理都对校长专业发展提出严峻挑战,要求校长培训课程相应变革,当前应该把变革领导力、教学领导力、道德领导力和分布式领导力的提升作为校长培训课程的核心内容。
Principal training courses should be designed on the basis of principal's professional role and job task in order to strengthen their professionalization and practicality.Principal training courses have been constantly improved since 1990,which plays an irreplaceable role in the development of educational reform;however,they also show some prominent problems such as lack of effectiveness.Based on the above analysis,this article proposes a new training course framework.In addition,it points out that the principal professional development is facing many severe challenges including the promotion of quality-oriented education,implementation of New Curriculum Reform,educational administrative function transformation of the government as well as the improvement of Contemporary School Administration,which require the corresponding reform on principal training courses.Therefore,principal training courses should focus on the promotion of transformational leadership,instructional leadership,moral leadership and distributed leadership in content.
