对阀控式蓄电池(VRLB)的基础理论、起源与技术发展过程作了详细讨论;全面论述了电池产气学说、气体消除方法、极板吸收法与阴极吸收式消氢机理应用和阴极吸收式灭氧机理应用;系统阐述了VRLAB设计技术路线原则,活性物量与板栅合金设计、电解液设计、铅膏、化成与装配设计,安全阀设计,电池槽盖与极柱密封设计。
The basic theory origin and technology development of valve regulated lead-acid battery were discussed.the theory of the battery producing gas,the method of clearing up the gas ,the method of plate absorbing and the principle application of clearing up the hydrogen of oxygen by negative electrode absorbing wver also discussed.the principle of designing technology route of VRLAB,the dseigns of active substance quality ,grid alloys .electrolyte ,lead paste melt assembly safety valve battery cover and grid post seal were systematically reviewed.
